11-19 GM 2500 Coilover Conversion System

Patriot Performance is excited to unveil the 11-19 2500HD coilover conversion system. This system features custom-designed upper and lower arms coated in STEEL-IT's black finish, fabricated shock tower/forward control arm mount setup, and proprietary coilovers to replace the factory torsion bars and significantly enhance both on and off-road performance. 

EACH PATRIOT PERFORMANCE SYSTEM INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING

• Proprietary ADS or KING Coilovers
• Shock Reservoir Clamps

• Limit Straps with Adjustable Clevis
• Extra can of STEEL-IT for painting frame after shock tower & limit strap clevis installation.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

• WELDING – This is a system designed to be installed by a proficient shop or individual with the neccesary fabrication skills.
• CUSTOM SHOCK TOWER CROSSOVER BRACE - When heavily used offroad the frames of these trucks are susceptable to flexing, we recommend building a custom crossover brace to tie the shock towers together.

SHOCK CONFIGURATION

• ADS Coilovers w/ Compression Adjusters - Our recommended shock package due to the ability to quickly adjust compression/rebound settings. NOTE: Coilovers may be configured with silver Eibach springs or Black VPR springs depending on availability - Estimated Lead Time 2-3 weeks
• ADS Coilovers w/o Compression Adjusters NOTE: Coilovers may be configured with silver Eibach springs or Black VPR springs depending on availability - Estimated Lead Time 2-3 weeks.
• KING Coilovers NOTE: Coilovers may be configured with silver Eibach springs or Black VPR springs - Estimated Lead Time 8-12 weeks.

DEAVER PERFORMANCE LEAF SPRINGS

• Our recommended leaf spring replacements from Deaver. NOTE: Leaf springs are stock height replacements and are compatable with towing bags.

• This system requires shipping via freight on a pallet when adding the performance leaf springs package - Shipping is included for COMMERECIAL deliveries - Please contact us for a shipping quote BEFORE purchase if shipping to a residential address. 
  

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Fits All 2011-2019 Silverado/Sierra 2500HD
• This system can be configured with Kryptonite balljoints, but will have an extended lead time due to availability - Contact us for more info.
• This system is not designed for use with a drop bracket lift system - For our 5" lift package click HERE.
• Due to the design of the shock tower it makes it extremely difficult to remove & replace the oem fuel filter – recommend installing a fuel filter delete and an external lift pump (especially in 2011-2016 lml duramax’s)
• The original shock/forward upper control arm mounts and upper bumpstop mounts are eliminated as part of this upgrade and would require fabrication to be returned to a factory configuration.
